At least one 'town meeting' was packed with solid ideas

Rothschild - Amid a variety of forums on the pending national health care legislation across Wisconsin, the health care "town meetings" smacked of a political rally, full of righteous indignation, with central themes of fiscal discipline and opposition to big government interference in citizens' lives.

But beyond the right-of-center bombast, the crowd of 1,000 or so pulled together by the conservative Americans for Prosperity at the Rothschild Pavilion on Thursday heard a substantive discussion of why the House-proposed version of health care reform falls short of real reform.
